Cancellation Policy At Natural Definition, we are committed to providing the highest level of service to all our clients. To ensure that we can continue to offer the best experience and respect everyone’s time, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will retain your deposit, and the full price of the service will be charged. 48-72 Hours Notice: If you provide 48-72 hours' notice, we will refund your deposit in full. We appreciate early communication and will assist in rescheduling your appointment if needed. No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a charge equal to the full price of the treatment or service will be applied. This policy is in place to compensate for the time allocated to your appointment. Deposit Information: To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and the full cost of the appointment will still be charged. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
